The pre-drilled holes align perfectly, and screws are provided. Plate is thick and good quality. Even with the Triton attached, I find no give in the plate. Have not used a Kreg product I didn't like...Note: If you are using a Kreg table top, this plate should fit. However, if you are making your own, as I did, the instructions with the plate provide a method for cutting out the plate. I decided to first make my own router template so as not to make any mistakes and waste expensive materials.Making the template: Trace the router plate onto 1/4" hardboard. Find 4 strait edges (I cut them from scraps) and align in a manner that outlines the plate on the hard board (use double sided tape to attach to hardboard). Next, use a 1.5 inch diameter spade bit or forstner bit and drill the 3/4 inch radius (half the diameter) curves in all four corners. Use a router and trim bit following the strait edgesto cut out the rest. Use the plate to check for fit before using the template. Since I was not using a rabeted edge (thanks to the Kreg levelers), routing through the table top following the template was especially easy. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Kreg PRS3034 Insert Plate - Meh... *by A***J on Reviewed in the United States on December 16, 2015* I have been just slightly disappointed in the Kreg PRS3034 Insert Plate but disappointed nonetheless. The material is just a bit too "flexible" for me. If I had to do it over again, I would probably look for another option (MLCS or Woodpecker, etc.) Fit and finish was fine with the exception of an oil stain directly on the Kreg logo. I installed this plate on a router table that I built and laminated myself. I took a lot of time to build the table right and to have the insert be the weakest point is, as stated before, a disappointment. Spend the extra cash for a better option if you can. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Use for a Porter Cable 7515 on a Bosch Router Table. *by W***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2015* I bought this to retrofit a Bosch 1181 router table for a Porter Cable 7515 Router. The holes are right but need to be drilled out to 5/16 and countersunk, the size needs to be trimmed by 1/8 inch on each side and 3/16 on each end but it easily done on a bench saw. You will need to drill the 7/32 holes (with a drill press) for the mounting screws using the Bosch plate as a template and countersink. It works great and level it using the existing leveling screws on the Bosch table.
