It does an thorough job at cleaning your teeth. The replacement heads are around the same price as a regular brush. Battery lasts a week. Only annoyances are, you have to cycle through all the modes every time you use it. It's quite loud to use. My battery stopped working properly after just under 2 years, so I bought another. £35 for two years of brushing is totally acceptible. If you buy a colour (eg. black) charging dock is always white. Also, if you stand it vertically after brushing it can make a mess on the side. These are very minor gripes.
