I purchased these Edison light bulbs, and I am very happy with how well they perform. They arrived exactly as expected and worked perfectly right out of the box. We seem to be going through a Renaissance where everything that was once old is new again and I think these light bulbs embody that quite a bit. On one end we have the marriage of two different things. We have the modern technology that is the LED light bulb functioning in a low wattage capacity trying to emulate what would be an incandescent bulb from the early 1900s. Overall it's form meets function. We have the amazing function that is the LED bulb with it's long lifespan and wonderful power saving capabilities and then we have the old school aesthetic of the early 1900s that people seem to be chasing these days. Overall, these light bulbs are great. I've had a couple of them already and they haven't gone out yet. They light up the room well, although many people may be turned off by the fact that there's no paint on these light bulbs and the glare could be an issue for many. Overall, I enjoy them. I haven't had any problems with them and I plan on using them for many more years to come.

Great lighting at a great price.

These Edison-style bulbs use a standard E26 base and produce a bright white, dimmable light. While they worked as advertised, they weren't quite the look I was after. I was hoping for a warmer, amber-toned mood light, and these 2700K bulbs are brighter and whiter than I expected. If you're shopping for Edison bulbs, pay attention to the Kelvin (K) rating listed on the box next to the wattage. Lower numbers mean a warmer, more amber glow. I personally prefer bulbs in the 2300K-2400K range for a cozy vintage feel. These are useful bulbs and may be exactly what many people want, but they didn't match the warmer ambiance I was looking for.

They are pretty big and bright
