Review: Very good product and reasonably priced - Austrians make a wonderful dumpling for soup from semolina, which my Austrian cousin taught me to make. Unfortunately, once I returned to the States, despite searching many places, I could only find the breakfast porridge version of the semolina. So, I went online to desertcart and found this. It's fresh and very reasonably priced. And it made fabulous dumplings! Review: Semolina - like it should be. Love it! - It is sometimes hard to find semolina in the grocery market. Ordered this over desertcart. The packaged amount is not huge, roughly 1 lb, but the semolina is top quality. It is grainy, not too fine, not too coarse ---- juuuust right!! My special recipes all work beautifully. From mow "Melissa", is my go-to brand. I reorder any time I run low. Glad, that such simple, good ingredients still exist.
