Easy to use, just pull on. Helps a little with the pain, but was cheap so wasn't expecting a lot when you can get others for 3 times as much. Quality is still decent though. It is helping to support the area however, the main issue with it is the top starts to roll down and doesn't stay in place. However, I have been wearing it as a successful knee support, and am impressed stretchiness and the breathability of the fabric it is made from, makes for comfort. I wear it under thick leggings, and it's snug fit does not show under my leggings.
