Biotene Oral Balance Gel

I use a cpap machine and my mouth gets very dry. Rubbing this on my tongue & roof of my mouth right before bed helps trmendously. I recommend this for cpap users.

I have had dry mouth for months now, due to a medical condition and it is miserable to wake up with your mouth and tongue feeling like a piece of dried leather. I tried several things and they were all disgusting. When I finally tried this, I was already skeptical and so sick of being disappointed, but...this does not disappoint. The taste is very neutral and even pleasant, and it immediately makes saliva to fill your mouth. Not sure how it works but it does. My only complaint is that is doesn't last long enough for a full 8 hours of sleeping, but I definitely would recommend.

Excellent product for that super dry mouth! I take medication that causes extremely dry mouth particularly at night. This is excellent to use, and simply by putting it on your tongue and then moving it around your mouth, it stays fairly well moist for at least two hours. I do wish it lasted a bit longer. I use xylitol melts at night that last about eight hours, However this is good as an interim treatment.

Excellent product that I've come to rely on! Great for bedtime! Highly recommend!

This was recommended by my dentist when asked about the dry mouth I was experiencing using a CPAP. I don't like the feel of a lot of humidity from the CPAP so I keep it low or off. This has, in no doubt, helped keep my mouth from drying out and my gums don't get irritated. I was also pleasantly surprised at how long the first tube lasted. The tube seemed small but lasted a surprisingly long time. I highly recommend this if you use a CPAP and are experiencing a dry mouth.

I suffer from a dry mouth at night sometimes and my dentist wife suggested this product. I put it in my night guard and it seems to help. I find it more effective than sprays and rinses, some of which have odd tastes whereas this is neutral enough to be unremarkable in my opinion. You might need more than this one product though. My complaint is that it is not cheap especially if you were to use it a lot and it ought to come in bigger tubes. There can be many causes of dry mouth ranging from dehydration, medication and more serious issues. As always any medical issue is something that should be discussed with your medical and dental professionals in case there is something causing it that needs attention.

This works much better than the liquid products for dry mouth. I downgraded it due to the high price. If you have a dry mouth you might use one a week. This would cost about $300 a year!

THE BEST PRODUCT!! It has helped with my dry mouth at night!

I use it every night for my dry mouth excellent taste

Works wonders for a dry mouth

Genuinely was at my wits end. This is easy to use, lasts for hours and provides so much relief. And doesn't taste or feel uncomfortable at all. If you really suffer with a dry mouth this product is excellent wish I'd found it sooner.
