I have also used this flour as my turn out flour dusting for breakfast biscuits, and I love the slightly nutty golden sit it leaves on top.

I used this flour to make two fresh sourdough loaves. Bob’s Artisan Flour was easy to use, and the resulting bread was delicious. The 3 pound bag is definitely worth the price, but I do recommend storing it something like the Ankou pop Close storage containers for longevity. I have also used this flour as my turn out flour dusting for breakfast biscuits, and I love the slightly nutty golden sit it leaves on top.
