I purchased this coffee machine less than 5 months ago, and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience.The machine does not perform as advertised. The coffee comes out cold, and the milk frothing function is nothing like what is shown in the advertisements. Instead of producing rich, creamy foam, the milk comes out watery with very little foam.I have only used the machine about five times because of these issues. I now have to prepare my milk separately using a handheld frother and use the machine only for the coffee, which is very frustrating considering the price I paid.I contacted the service center several times for support. They asked for AED 150 to send a technician to inspect the machine, but despite my repeated follow-ups, no one ever came.Overall, the product has not lived up to its promises, and the after-sales service has been disappointing as well. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this machine.

Le panneau de commande tactile avec pictogrammes colorés et rétro-éclairés est intuitif et agréable à utiliser.​Seul petit bémol :Le changement d'embout entre les préparations lactées et l'eau chaude peut être un peu fastidieux au quotidien. On s'y habitue, mais une conception tout-en-un aurait été plus pratique pour enchaîner rapidement les boissons.Facilité d'utilisation :Les réglages sont vraiment simples et le groupe d'infusion amovible facilite grandement l'entretien. Même sans être un expert, on obtient rapidement des cafés dignes d'un barista.​Rapport qualité/prix : Excellent pour une machine offrant autant de possibilités avec un système de lait automatique. C'est un investissement rentabilisé dès les premiers mois.​Recommandation : Je recommande sans hésitation cette machine à tous les amateurs de café qui recherchent qualité, polyvalence et simplicité d'utilisation. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht von der Magnifica EVO. Ich hatte den Vorgänger und da hat viel nicht so gut funktioniert.Brühgruppe gut positioniert, direkt über dem Tresterbehälter. Der Kaffeepuck ist schön hart gepresst und fällt schön nach unten und nicht wie vorher zur Seite. Somit wird nichts mit Kaffe beschmutzt. Die Brühgruppe lässt sich leicht ausbauen und leicht reinigen. Der Trestrrbehälter und die Auffangschale sind aus einem schwarzen sehr glatten Kunststoff der das Wasser abperlen lässt ( Lotuseffekt ) Somit trocknen diese Teile sehr schnell. Die Bewegungen der Brühgr. Und das Mahlwerk sind aber schon sehr laut. Die Druckpumpe für den Kaffe dagegen sehr leise. Die Milchfunktion hatte ich noch nicht im Einsatz. Die Heiswasserfunktion geht sehr gut und mit Sensor gesichert. Wenn keine Tasse oder Glas unter dem Auslauf steht kommt kein heisses Wasser. Das finde ich gut. Der Kaffee schmeckt mir sehr gut , man muss aber schon ein bisschen ausprobieren und einstellen bis man es soweit hat. Der Innenraum, die Wände wo der Tresterbehälter eingeschoben wird, ist sehr glatt ausgeführt und sehr leicht zu reinigen. Wird aber bis jetzt überhaupt nicht schmutzig.Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde diese Maschine wieder kaufen. Für mich ein gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Besser geht immer aber nicht für diesen Preis. Wenn sie jetzt noch lange durchhält , wäre dies ein top Produkt. Die einigen schlechten Bewertungen kann ich so nicht verstehen und auch nicht bestätigen. Vielleicht sollte man öffter mal ausführlich die Bedienungsanleitung vor der Inbetriebnahme lesen. Es gibt auch ausführliche Videos im Netz die viel erklären. Oft kommen solche Nagativbewertungen auch von reiner Fehlbedienung.

I've been wanting a coffee machine for a long time but was overwhelmed by all the brands and options available in my price range. In the end, I wanted good quality over variety of options/drinks because eventually I'll end up drinking the basic recepts. I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COFFEE MACHINE. Latte cream system was a dealbreaker for me over other competitors. The whole thing is very easy to clean and mantain.I recommend watching YT tutorial videos (Delonghi website are useful btw) in place that instruction manual (boring and long to read. Also the parts come ONLY in the first page, so you have to switch constantly to search your preferred language)Overall, I'm super happy, drinks are very Hot (another dealbreaker for me because other coffee machines tend to deliver not so hot drinks)I was curious also about the noise, acceptable in my opinion, and good size (both appropiate for a small space in general)On the Minuses:- Settings panel (2x) it can be challenging pushing here and there the 'same buttons' to get the machine to do diferent things (specially for descaling). I'd rather to have apart buttons for all. One time click and get it done. EasyOverall, I RECOMMEND THIS COFFEE MACHINE

¡Hola!Quería compartir mi experiencia con la cafetera que compré hace 15 días. Estoy encantado con ella hasta ahora. A pesar de los comentarios que había leído, el ruido no es excesivo, excepto cuando se activa el molinillo, que es mucho más silencioso que mi Nespresso.Me costó decidirme por esta cafetera debido a las opiniones sobre el consumo de agua, la posibilidad de que el café saliera aguado y las alertas de descalcificación o cambio de filtro. Finalmente, me arriesgué y la compré.Estoy muy satisfecho con los resultados. El depósito de agua me dura 2-3 días, con un consumo promedio de 3 cafés dobles de cappuccino. Me gusta que la cafetera limpie los circuitos al apagarla y encenderla. Aunque gasta un poco de agua, prefiero asegurar su mantenimiento. Para evitar que se llene rápido el deposito que tiene, coloco una taza debajo antes del encendido y apagado.Es cierto que la puesta a punto inicial es un poco tediosa. Siguiendo las recomendaciones del fabricante, tuve que preparar 4 cafés para limpiar los conductos y asegurar un café de calidad. Fue una pena desperdiciarlos, pero seguí las instrucciones.Intenté ajustar la configuración del molinillo, pero no fue buena idea. El café casi no salía cuando la cambié. El manual indica que no se debe modificar, ya que viene preconfigurada de fábrica. Para apreciar los resultados de cualquier cambio, también hay que hacer varios cafés. Finalmente, la dejé en el número 5 y, por ahora, funciona bien.Si en el futuro la cafetera presenta fallas o aparecen avisos de cambio de filtro o descalcificación, les mantendré informados.¡Saludos!
