Useless Spin Cycle; Broken Immediately
1. The spin basket is about the size of 2 jumbo coffee mugs (the pictures are misleading,) and spins too slowly. Whatever I put in there had to be squeezed by hand after spinning for the maximum 10 mins, because it was still totally soaked. The spin feature is the main reason I purchased this product so that was a supreme disappointment. 2. It only lasted about 1 week before it crapped out. First, the 10-min and 5-min cycle buttons broke, only the 3-min cycle would work. A couple days later, it would no longer stay powered on at all. I will be asking Amazon for a refund. 3. The water drain hose did not fit properly and had to be inserted backwards or not used at all. It also drains very slowly. Overall this is a terrible product. Poorly designed, poorly built, and fails to deliver on any of its promises. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

It’s portable and it washes the clothes! That’s what I needed!
I’m not entirely sure what’s with all the bad reviews on this product. I bought it since I’m a full time medical assistant and my hours are insane and I’m tired of getting up before work to go to the laundromat and then work a full 9-10 hour shift. It’s small but I knew that when I bought it. It can fit 4 pairs of socks with 2 pairs of underwear. It even fit one whole scrub shirt for me. It think it washes the clothes pretty good. I haven’t tried it with anything with a stain on it. But it turns one way for a while then turns the other way. I also believe it has a good enough power on it as well. My only issue would be the lack of a rinse cycle. I guess you could wash the clothes then rinse it out and fill it with fresh clean water and wash it again that way. Yeah it might be a lot of work, but it only washes for 10 minutes at the longest and it definitely beats waking up at 5 AM to go to the laundromat. Ultimately the choice is yours!

Got a replacement. Learned a few things.
The first one I received had an issue with not staying on and the button to start / stop and switch modes didn’t work well. The replacement I received was much better on the button but I had an issue with it not staying on again. It works now being mindful of what is put into it. Even though I had room, it won’t work with thin, light pants which is why I knocked off a star. They are lighter than the 2 tshirts it says it can do. I thought I was going to return it but I am now going to keep it to use for my socks, undies and bras as I like the blue light sanitation. I am getting a bigger washer for my pants and shirts. Update: The next time I went to use this, back to not staying on and won’t agitate. Unreliable product.

Didn’t realize how large it’d be. Only needed it for makeup removing cloths.
3 stars because it did what it was supposed to do. I only intended on a mini washer for my reusable makeup removing cloths and it washed all the makeup off in one 5 min cycle. I still drained it and then poured more hot water in and did another 3 min rinse cycle. It is so much easier to use this than to wash them by hand since my hands/wrist gets tired and skin gets pruney. Cons: - one suction cup foot never stayed in and always remained stuck on the countertop if I moved the machine. It was annoying to try and shove it back in the small hole. - have to keep tilting the whole piece all over the place to make sure all the water goes down the middle and out the drain. - Not the easiest to take the basket out when you stick it in. - Had slight difficulty pulling it to extend it because there was nothing to grip/grasp so you can pull with the other hand. Suction cups aren’t strong enough to stick so you can pull it upwards to fully open it. It did the job but my makeup removing cloths are small and this 16L capacity was just waaay too large for my extremely small load so I will need to return this. I have very little counter space in the restroom and this takes up too much room for me as well.

Good Portable Washer, But Skip the Drying Basket
I enjoyed using this portable washer. It works well for what it is, but there are definitely some things I wish it did better. First off, it does not clearly explain how much water to use for a load. At least, not from what I saw while quickly skimming through the site. When I first tried it, I filled it just past the halfway point and threw in some socks. It turned them around and washed them fine. But then I tried filling it closer to the top and noticed it actually spins the clothes much better when the washer is filled up more. Here’s a quick tip: fill it about halfway with water, then turn it on. As it rotates, you can slowly add more water. This lets you see how much is really needed while it’s in motion and helps avoid overfilling and making a mess. The second thing I am a little unsure about is the drainage system. Removing the plug is easy and draining the water is simple. My issue is with the quality of the drain plug itself. It feels a bit cheap, and at first, I worried it might pop out from the water pressure. So far, it has held up, but it still feels flimsy. Important tip: do not attach the drainage hose while the washer is running unless the valve is fully closed. I assumed the washer would finish a cycle and then drain, but that is not how it works. If the valve is open while the washer is filled, it will leak immediately. This brings me to the drying basket. According to the manual, you can attach the drainage hose while spinning clothes in the drying basket and water will drain out as it spins. In theory, that sounds fine, but I am personally not a fan of the drying/wringing basket at all. I do not feel like it really gets ride of the water effectively. You are honestly better off wringing out the clothes yourself and hanging them up right after. Also, the basket is very small and made of what feels like cheap plastic. It does not fit well with the other pieces it comes with, which makes it more frustrating than helpful. On a more positive note, the washer has suction cups on the bottom. If you place it on a hard surface and press down, it will stay in place and not shift around while running. I appreciated that design detail. All in all, I like the washer for its portability and basic functionality. It does a good job washing clothes, and that is what matters most to me. The drying basket, though, is not worth the effort.

Meh… Not that Useful for me
I wanted to like this, but unfortunately, it didn’t really work well for my purposes. Capacity is limited. I could put maybe one shirt or one pair of pants in at a time but it wouldn’t really wash or dry effectively at all. It also often gets stuck while spinning so I would have to go fix it to get it spinning again. Ease of use isn’t great either. The spin cycle only lasts for a couple of minutes at most so you’re constantly having to go restart it. The noise level is also a little obnoxious for how ineffective it is at washing. The only thing that is nice about it is that you can collapse it and put it in luggage to take with you when you travel. Other than that, though, I think hand washing would be more effective and efficient than using this product. This might be useful for people who only need to wash one or two small items at a time.

All I need unless it's heavy or big
Did all this underwear and hung them up on an octopus PLUS a tee shirt and two pairs of shorts. Took around 5 loads to accomplish this while enjoying my morning coffee at home on my day off. The instructions are clear but I would add a few tips. It's small and light enough to sit on the kitchen counter right next to the sink. I backed it up so that the drain spout aims right into the sink. So I did not use the drain hose but it's great to have and easy to attach in a pinch. Then I had my garden watering can and filled it with warm water and poured it into the washer. Do not fill above the green rim. Then add your soap, then your clothing items. Be moderate as to the amount of clothing added as you want there to be plenty of room for the sudsy water to do its job of cleaning. I did 4 underwear alone and 2 tee shirts at a time, for example. I washed for 10 minutes but you can increase the time or just let stuff sit and soak after the cycle ends. The spin feature is optional. I tried it once but found attaching/detaching the basket to be a pain, though easy. The next step that I did after the washing stopped was to remove each item and rinse it in the sink with warm water to get the soap out. Then I hand wrung it out and hung it up. I used an octopus hanger in the shower stall because it holds a lot and is out of the way overnight. You can use a clothes rack as well. Rinse the washer out before storing and leave the lid up to dry. No more laundromat or renting units for me! This little unit is just amazing. I highly recommend it and enjoyed my morning doing laundry with it. It was relaxing and fun.

Not worth purchasing
This product is not worth the money. I bought primarily to help with hand washing clothes as I have limited mobility. The spin function is a joke and the tiny basket at most can fit 2 underwear and barely dry that. I still had to wrong everything out. And the instructions are vague and unhelpful I would say it may work for a camping situation in a pinch but it requires electricity so it's not even practical for that.
