The tests themselves are effective and match results when cross checked with other high quality kits. They give extra vials and very clear instructions. What impressed me most was how good their customer service is. One of my reagents leaked and another seems to have evaporated, their service team promptly replaced both reagents for free and I think that’s very kind of them. Would like to suggest they start selling individual reagents so people can re supply as needed.
