This is made so cheap! It came with a tamper to push food down from the center top without removing the top. It doesn't weigh anything.It's made of such cheap hallow plastic. This alone makes me want to return it. I bought the ninja foodie for hot snd cold foods. It has a glass jar, not plastic like vitamix. Feels much more solid and simmers vegetables for soup. My main reason for buying a blender is to make fresh soups in nut butters. I feel much better about this blender. Vitamix does not seem to understand user experience. Picking up up a tamper and having it feel lighter than a toddlers toy is disappointing. Keeping the plastic seam from the mold on the tamper is disappointing. Makes me wonder where else they cut corners. I'm loving the ninja glass jar!

Gave this blender to my daughter for her birthday. She hasn’t used it much get. It what she has made with it were great. She likes the self cleaning feature a lot. She now has smoothies with strawberries and blue berries which she normally can’t do because of her diverticulitis. This blender actually pulverizes the seeds which eliminates her stomach problem.

Bite the bullet and buy this! I have wanted a Vitamix for years and got a great deal last year during the Prime Days Sale. This has multiple settings for different recipes. I've ground nuts and seeds, made smooth as silk hummus and mayo as well as the best smoothies. I use it everyday! Its strong and the motor has an auto off switch in case you get it too hot. ( Which I did and freaked thinking I burned out the motor) Easy to clean and very sturdy. My mom bought one of the 1st Vitamixes back in the day when the pitchers were made of metal. It outlived her ❤️

Awesome! Just awesome! No more strawberry seeds or chunks, this thing is a beast. It’s loud as $$$$ but worth it!

This is my second Vitamix. Good blender overall. Would give a 5-star, but it does struggle a bit in certain situations we can't explain and tends to smell when it does, as if the motor is burning. But we use this almost daily and it's a workhorse.
