Has a pleasantly tactile finish that is easy to grip and fits the phone well. The buttons are not obtrusive and are easy to operate while not being triggered in my phone cradle. Overall quality is very good and the supplied screen protectors are a bonus. I haven't tried the mag ring yet, but I expect that it will work with standard magnetic accessories.
