It turned out really well for me; I bought it used, and honestly, it was excellent. Everything worked perfectly, the battery was in great condition, and the camera worked flawlessly; it had no scratches and didn't look worn out

Avoid this product and seller. I purchased this refurbished iPhone on Amazon as a Christmas gift. Just five months later, the phone completely failed and I was told the motherboard needed to be replaced at a cost of nearly $600. A major component like a motherboard should not fail after such a short period of normal use. What is even more disappointing is that after contacting Amazon to explain the situation and ask for an explanation, I never received a response. No follow-up, no assistance, no accountability. The entire reason people buy refurbished products through Amazon is because they expect some level of quality control and customer support. In my experience, neither was present. A phone that fails after five months is not a bargain—it's a very expensive mistake. Stay far away from this product. I certainly won't be purchasing refurbished electronics through this seller again. ⭐☆☆☆☆
