This baby monitor is a great deal! The images are sharp. The setup is easy. Now, my babies are of the four-legged variety ... guinea pigs. Suggestion - fully charge the battery in the monitor before using it. Once the monitor was charged, the camera connected right to it. The camera controls are very intuitive. Then I installed the app on my Android phone. Again, setup was a breeze. Both ethe monitor and the app gave me full control over the cameras functions. I recorded from the app right to my phone (although there is an option to upload to a cloud service). The monitor can record to a micro SD card. The camera also transmits environmental data, like temperature and humidity, and has motion detection trigger. Great camera with wonderful customer service. We loved this camera so much we bought a second one when we got pregnant again. The camera itself has great resolution with a lot of different settings and I love the app. It’s great to be able to check on the kids without the monitor. We had an issue with the power button sticking so I reached out to customer service and they replaced it quickly. I would highly recommend this product to new parents.

The quality of this camera is amazing. You can zoom in so close to see. And it beeps any time my baby moves which helps with my anxiety so much. It also has cry detection, so if my little one cries it beeps and I immediately know. The battery life on the monitor is amazing compared to other monitored cameras I have used in the past. My one down fall is that the screen goes black if there is no movement or noise after a small period of time. I personally am the type of mom who wants the monitor to stay lit up regardless. You can quickly light the screen back up to view but then after a few seconds it will turn off again. I wish it would stay lit up, but that’s just me being picky. Overall this camera is wayyyyy better than the two other cameras we have used prior to this one.

This is the second camera we’ve purchased for our daughters’ nurseries, and it has been amazing! Not only is it a fantastic product, but the company truly stands behind it. I had a small issue and reached out to customer service, and it was rectified immediately—literally the next day. Being able to purchase an add-on camera and use the same app and monitor as our first camera has been a lifesaver. The setup was seamless, and everything works perfectly together. Very disappointed in this monitor. I should have stuck with the brand I originally used for my other child but they were out of stock and this one seemed to have good reviews but boy was I wrong. I have really good Wi-Fi and all the other cameras in my house work amazing but this camera is so fuzzy the monitor screen is so dark and blurry. It won’t connect 80% of the time. Their app is terrible it doesn’t load it constantly trying to reconnect the sound is horrible. The monitor is constantly shutting off I paid $100 for this camera and now it’s $60 and it definitely was not worth the $100 more like a $10 camera.

The support Fairy provided when I needed my baby monitor replaced was great. It was easy, I had to send a video showing the monitor no longer worked and within 2 weeks a new monitor arrived. I was still able to use the camera through the app on my phone.

Exlelente producto. Me decidí por él, por sus caracteristicas y la firma que lo representa. Yo lo huso para controlar a un familiar encamado mientras hago labores domesticas. Viene cámara, monitor y dos cargadores para cada aparato. La calidad de imagen es excepcional. La pantalla al ser de 5" es un tamaño ideal con soporte plegable integrado facilitando su colocación. Desde el monitor tienes todas las funciones para poder monitorear a tus necesidades. Imagen exelente a todo color, deteccion tanto de movimiento, sonido, humedad y temperatura. Sin tenerlo que conectar al wifi, alcanza su propia señal en toda la casa incluso con las puertas cerradas. La camara con su giro de 360° controlas toda una habitacion. Tiene la opcion de apagar la pequeña luz roja que la mayoria de las camaras infrarrojas tienen y son molestas en la oscuridad. Con ésta la apagas y su imagen en la oscuridad extraordinaria. Su funcion de sonido bidireccional es muy útil y alta calidad de sonido. Si quieres salir al exterior, puedes instalar la APP en tu móvil y a traves de WiFi controlas el ekipo de igual manera. Una compra segura y acertada. Tuve que ponerme en contacto con el vendedor para aclarar alguna duda y en el día tuve contestacion y me resolvieron mis dudas al momento. La App es muy intuitiva y super facil de manejar. Puedes introducir targetas micro sd tanto en la camara como en el monitor para tener grabados los eventos. Puedes activar la grabacion continua o por detección de movimiento o sonido y a la vez poner un nivel bajo, medio o alto de detección y por supuesto cada vez que quieras puedes hacer una captura de imagen. Me ha sorprendido muchisimo la calidad de este aparato además de su precio. Compra, articulo y servicio post venta garantizados.

J’utilise ce babyphone depuis quelque temps maintenant et j’en suis très satisfait. Le son fonctionne parfaitement, on entend clairement sans grésillement, ce qui est très rassurant. La qualité de la caméra est également au rendez-vous, avec une image nette aussi bien de jour que de nuit. La connexion est simple et rapide à mettre en place, et l’utilisation globale est vraiment intuitive. Les paramètres sont faciles à gérer, notamment pour les alarmes et les différentes options de détection, ce qui permet de personnaliser l’appareil selon ses besoins sans difficulté. Suite à un petit souci avec le micro sur mon premier appareil, j’ai contacté le service client. Leur réactivité a été remarquable : ils ont été très efficaces et m’ont renvoyé un nouveau produit extrêmement rapidement. Au final, je recommande ce babyphone sans hésitation pour sa fiabilité, sa simplicité d’utilisation et la qualité de son service client.

Il video è chiaro e fluido, anche al buio, e l’audio funziona bene sia in ascolto che nella funzione per parlare. Le notifiche di movimento e suono sono precise e aiutano a capire subito se c’è qualcosa che richiede attenzione. Ho trovato l’app ben fatta e facile da configurare, anche per chi non è molto pratico di tecnologia. La connessione è stabile e non perde il segnale.
