Some of its fine and straight, other areas are wirey and coily. Also, a lot of reviews said the pump was broken when they got it, mine came all in tact. Review: This is my favorite. I shop at Sephora all the time but this stuff is better than all of their products like dae amika oui etc. I have tried like every single one hundreds of dollars wasted there, there nothing works like this does. Cons- it doesn't lather well even on clean hair, you use a lot of shampoo because it doesn't dispers well through out your hair. Leaves you wondering if my scalp and hair getting cleaned. I'm a licensed cosmetologist of 20 + years. I have used a ton of professional and over the counter shampoos.
