Here’s what has occurred: • Multiple Windows Update failures (Error 0x800f0991). • Frequent browser crashes and corrupted system files. • Running SFC and DISM showed corruption that reappeared after repairs. • CHKDSK scan revealed unreadable directories and bad sectors. • Immediately after scheduling a full scan, the PC booted into Automatic Repair and could not start Windows normally. These are definitive signs of storage hardware failure — not a software or user issue. The system was fully updated, no overclocking or third-party modifications were performed. Shipping takes way too long, did not arrive on time.
