A: Hello Daniel, You will find similar exercises in the "Essential book", "Intermediate Reformer" and Advanced Reformer" and some different. If you have a basic knowledge of Pilates you would be find purchasing only this book.

A: No.  It does not.  Only reformer exercises

**Q: Does the manual include exufor the platform, extender?**
