This was the best thing I ever bought on Amazon much cheaper then in store and very easy installation. Sturdy material basically scratch proof and no leaks. My water pressure kind of sucks already but it works well

The ceiling shower head has somehow expanded/bowed out over the past 4 months causing the water to spray out of the side rather than straight down?!***Update:Customer service has been good and communicating well. They sent a replacement free of charge. Will update again after a month or 2 has gone by to see about the quality. Hopeful I received a bad one the first time because we love the style and look!***Updated update***The new shower head they sent has had no problems or issues, therefore I’m giving it an updated 5 stars. Again, customer service has been top notch and check back on how it’s going. Recommend product.
