キャンプように購入。 このブランドの工具を複数所有しているため、 ナイフも扱っていることを知りブランド買い。 グリップはプラスティックですが凹凸加工で滑りにくく、 スタイリッシュだけど質実剛健で、木製グリップ以外もアリだなと思えました。

１９８０円で購入、この値段で自分で手直し出来る人ならお勧め出来るナイフ。 ３０００円なら星２。 良い点 ・幅広のドロップポイントが使い易い。（食材、フェザー、ダンボールカット等） ・グリップの剛性感が有る、握りやすい形状。 ・見た目が良い。 悪い点 ・グリップの角が立っているのでヤスリ掛けの必要有。 ・刃の軸にガタが出る、キツめに調整すると動きが渋い。 ・刃付けが悪く箱出しは切れない。 総評として問題点はあるものの２０００円なら初めてもフォールディングナイフとしては有り。

箱出しでは、満足の行く切れ味はありません。なかなか刃がつかないといったコメントもあり、そのむね注意が必要です。角度も含めて再研ぎをしてみます。作りとしてはガタつきもなく精度は十分あります。

非常用持ち出し袋の整理をしていて、 ナイフも入れておこうと思って購入しました。 かさばるほど大きなサバイバルナイフは必要ないので 折りたたみのコンパクトなものをチョイス。 見た目は安っぽい感がありますが、 実際安価で充分切れるので問題ありません。

デザイン・質感・フリップオープンのし易さなど、総合的に見て 尋常でないコスパと言える。ただやはり使用する前にグリスアップ しておこうと思って分解したら、メタルフレームとグリップの間が オイルまみれだったのには驚いた。で肝心の軸受けにはグリスは 全く付いておらず、やはり値段なりの部分は感じられた。 しかし余計なオイルを拭き取り、ボールベアリングをグリスアップ したらフリップオープンは更にスムーズになり大満足の仕様に。 この値段ならもう１本買ってもいいくらいの製品です。

・・・価格を考えると五つ星で良いかも・・・ DuraTechにはコスパが良いと評判になっている良く似たモデル（はっきり区別できるモデル名が明示されていないので、ASIN＝Amazonコードを記します：B086BQX26B）がありますが、そちらは本品より細身でやや軽く98g、オープン・ロック機構は同じで、ハンドル素材もG10ですが鋼材はやや劣ると言われる7Cr17MoVです。 本品は8Cr13MoV鋼が採用され、高さのある刃体は調理向けのデザインになっていますが、なぜ付けたの？と思わせるサムスタッドまで付いています。ちなみにASINはB08GSPBPWRです。 この価格（ブラックフライデー期間中だったので1820円で購入）で！？と驚くほどよく出来ていて、箱出しでもちゃんと切れますし、キャンプ等のレジャーにお薦めできます。 フリッパーの指掛かり部分にジンピング（滑り止め用に掘られる溝）がありませんが、素手でも手袋越しでもまったく違和感なくオープンできます。ジンピングが強いと素手で扱うときに痛みを感じることもあるので、レジャー向けにはジンピング無しが正解なんじゃないかと思えます。オープン／クローズは円滑で気分の良いもので、2000円クラスの商品とは思えない品位ですが、ロックを外すときに少しひっかり感があります。 刃材は前述の通り8Cr13MoVという中国由来のステンレスですが、大手ブランドであるSpydercoやCRKTの一部にも採用されている実績ある鋼材で、硬度や靭性もそこそこで、砥ぎやすい実用的なものです。 利き手（当方左利きです）に関係なく残念だった点・・・ G10ハンドルの縁は丸められておらず、指あたりが痛いです。使っているうちに丸まりますが、細身のダイアモンド砥石で軽くナメてから使い始めました。ハンドル本体のチェッカリング（とは呼ばない？）は刃方向に大きめのウエーブが刻まれ、そこに小さな溝を直交方向に入れてあって確りと滑り難くなっています。ただ、多くのポケットナイフにありがちですが、泥や食材で汚れることを考えるともう少し滑らかでも良いと思っています。 ライナーロックは、刃を開いたときに既に少し中央に寄ってしまっています（写真［1］左が本品：1820円、中央がSwissTech：2980円、右がKershaw_Emerson CQC-5K：2980円 で私が入手した際のもの）。ここは使い込むうちにすり減って徐々に中央に寄っていくはずなので、新品の時には手前ギリギリにあって欲しい部分です。そこまで使われることは稀だとしても、ベーシック部分の設計に配慮が足りないか、検査が甘いのか？と感じます。 全体が厚い割にライナーは薄めです。ここはG10ハンドルも薄くして軽量化しても良かったと思われます。（写真［2］）。 フリップオープンが軽快なので、使い難く邪魔になるサムスタッドは取ってしまいました。（写真［3］） 探せば重箱つつきはあるものの、全体的に気持ちの良い使い心地のナイフが、2000円程で手に入るのは素晴らしいことだと感心しています。派手さはないものの、刃高のあるフルフラットグラインドは実用的で、食材との相性も良く、果物ナイフ代わりに普段使いしています。 最後に左利きだけの残念ポイントを・・・（星の数には影響させてません） ポケットクリップは左利き用に付け替えられないので、食材に利用することが多い私は、クリップを外しました。両側に付けられるようにしていただきたいところです。 ライナーロック部分は少しグリップから飛び出して、右利きには解除し易くしてありますが、左利きではちょっと不便を感じます。ただし、ここはライナーロックに普通にある工夫ですので、念の為。

良くもなく、悪くもなく 値段相応！

切れ味も程よくハンドルのグリップ力も充分。

Very nice knife. Clean design. Looks good, well made, works fine. Great fit and finish. Blade is well ground, reasonably well centered and sharp. Action is smooth and a little stiff. Lockup is solid with no play whatsoever and the blade closes freely with a slight shake. The milling and texture of the scales is outstanding. The deep carry clip is fine, but, screws are not flush. Great deal on a surprisingly good knife.

Excelente cost benefic, Sharp and good ergonomic. Oppening is not smoth as I'd like but is perfect for my day by day use.

Liner lock model - this knife came somewhat sharp, hair scraping but not quite shaving out of the box. Detent is very strong making good flipper action, but nearly impossible for me to deploy by thumb studs. Lock up is rock solid, lots of room for the liner to move over time. The handle material is hard and has micro texture along with the wavy pattern, which makes the knife handle strong and secure in my grip, and intriguing to feel and hold. However, this causes a lot of traction as you put the knife into and out of your pocket. I have not carried this knife in my pocket very much because I fear it will wear my pocket out very quickly. If you want to carry this knife in a pocket I suggest you have VERY strong pocket material. I subtracted one star overall because I feel this knife will be hard for many people to carry daily due to the roughness/pocket issue. I sharpened the knife freehand on water stones (400/1000 grit) and got it very sharp! This blade is thick and full flat grind makes for a strong blade shape and it’s thick behind the edge, making this blade a little wedgy… I would say this blade geometry is more “strong” than “slicey” but it is adequate. Overall, I think this knife is an extremely good value!! UPDATE: I have had this knife for over a year, and I carried it for several months. I’ve used it a lot. The roughness of the handle texture has NOT been an issue at all. I love the feel of the handle and it is not been a problem on my pants pocket nor on sweats pocket/waistband. The knife is holding up well, it is still rock solid and has a lot more life left! This is an amazing value. I am now able to easily deploy this knife using the Thumbstud or the flipper. UPGRADING FROM 4 TO 5 STARS

This is one of the best budget friendly knives I've ever seen. I bought the style with the wavy grips because I liked the overall blade and handle configuration. There are a lot of big name brand knives using 8CR13MOV blades with G10 handle scales and charging ridiculous prices for them, so in my opinion this is a really good knife for right around $15. The blade is not assisted but it flicks open like butter due in part to the brass washers it utilizes. The stonewash finish on the blade is really nice and I always prefer that on a good work knife as it reduces the scratch factor that you get with a polished blade. The handle on this particular model is ergonomic and very comfortable. It has a really nice deep carry pocket clip on it with good tension so it's not moving around when you are. The overall knife is a little bulkier and heavier than I prefer for an EDC knife, but nevertheless it's well built for whatever task you throw at it. I highly recommend this knife for anyone looking for a budget friendly unit or someone like me just trying out some cheaper, well built brands for everyday use.

I picked this up as a stocking stuffer for myself this past Christmas. The sides are a plastic. Possibly and plastic. Not sure of it's printed or what but the texture isn't smooth but isn't abrasive either. It sticks in your hand rather well. The movement of the knife is what really impressed me. It doesn't fall open but when you start the movement of opening the knife there is no resistance so it opens quickly and easily locks ever time. The lock fully locks. For an edc I really like to be able to deploy it quickly. I'm a low volt technician and use my knife daily for all sorts of tasks. I find the blade to be very hard, holds an edge well. It has a profile similar to our high quality kitchen knives. For the dollars it performs very well. I decided to write a review because today it failed where so many do. I snagged the clip on something. Now it's basically junk as an edc. If I bend it back, it will happen again and be softer. I actually liked it so much I bought one for a friend. I'm disappointed.
