What color is this product when applied?** A: It's kind of a milky color--not clear--not really white---neutral. Hope that helps. **Q: How to use it?** A: It is put on prior to nail polish color. It is a nail strengthener. Because I have gone to a very natural way of life, I don't use it any longer. It didn't really work for me, but I know many others that swear by it.
