The Original Quick Release Connect Detachable Keychain Magnet

I’ve always had the issue of getting in my car and then forgetting something in the house after locking up. I can’t send my husband back into the house without the car remote sensor going off and when the car is off the baby wakes up. This is a great solution to separate house keys from car remote!! Good quality and strong magnet. I bought two (one for husband and one for myself). Only downside is that it will stick to the other metal things on your keychain but that is to be expected.

I ordered these magnets to attach to smaller tools that I could hang on my work bench for quick access. They are of excellent quality with a strong attachment, and no loose parts. They are much more compact of a design than others on the market without sacrificing any of the 'grip' quality. I feel they will last a long time. They connect well to each other and to any other metal that is magnetic. Perfect for my needs. One side note, the company definitely stands by their product. I had a question regarding the product that they answered very promptly and thoroughly. Always good to support a company that supports their products with such passion and care.

This is a great, handy little key chain for people who valet their car often (like I do). The two halves pull apart easily, but the magnets are strong enough that I feel comfortable they won't separate when I don't want them to. Like several other reviewers have said, it does tend to make your keys stick together if they are in your pocket, etc. However, I came up with a solution for that! I had the keys that were sticking redone in brass and replaced the key loops with titanium ones. Brass and titanium are not magnetic. No more sticking issues :-)

it Is a good product and works as intended, but I have used others I like more. My biggest issue with this is that the magnetism isn’t localized to the face of each magnet like some others. It is attracting everything else on my key chain from every direction and it’s pretty annoying.

Love the magnet, strong that it won't disconnect on it's own but still easy enough to manually disconnect. Better than a carabiner as they are bulkier, keys get wedged in them, and sometimes the arms break and you could lose something. The magnet is great, I keep my car fob and gym/pool fob on one ring and all the other keys on the 2nd, when I go to the pool/gym or drop the car off with a mechanic or detailer I separate the rings.

I have a car that has an actual key (ha!) so this doesn't go well with an apartment setup that requires a fob to open the gate. This product is absolutely perfect for this. I am able to detach the fob from the key whenever I need to and it snaps viciously back on. As far as sturdiness, which is always a concern, I've been able to hold my entire key chain and car key by the magnet without it coming undone. This was the perfect answer to the problem of needing to detach something from my keychain easily and put it back without fear of losing it.

I made a bracelet and keychain with these and I never have to worry about my keys coming undone. I have to pull hard to get my keys undone and it’s perfect for my edc.

I did want to like this item. I couldn’t wait for it to arrive. Solid click when they attach. There is no doubt its on. And the lbs pull for this is higher than most others listed. My only issue is these dang magnets stick to everything. I use a metal belt clip for my keys. I bought this to easily detach them when needed and most importantly to re attach. But the magnets just stick to everything. I could literally attach this to my belt clip and it wont go anywhere. When they are stuck together its fine. But lining them up so I can attach them without looking? Impossible! And yes they will stick to your keys, all other key rings and anything else metal you carry. Someone on here had a great idea and had his keys redone in non magnetic metal. That works for the keys but not anything else :-)
