Can you use this to make soy yoghurt?

If you can make yogurt with soy then I would say yes.

Does this have starter cultures?

No. I used a live yoghurt from the supermarket as my starter and have not had to buy any more since. I do make fresh every 3 days so I only use the last 100g of my made yoghurt as the base for the next batch

What are the dimensions of this product?

21cms high x 18cms diameter (back to front) holds about 1.35 litres

Can you make soft cheese in this? Thanks

I have little idea of how to make cheese, but if it needs warmth this would provide it and as it comes with a mesh straining container you can strain it. I know some people strain yogurt until very thick and then call it soft cheese - it will do that. Hope that helps.
