日常のハンドドリップ用に購入しました。内側のスパイラルリブと小さな二つ穴の構造により、注ぐ速度が少々乱れても抜き具合が安定しやすいです。台形型なので一般的な台形ペーパーフィルターが使えるのも便利です。V60と比べると酸味が抑えられまろやかな仕上がりになりやすく、コクや甜みが出やすい印象です。日本製で作りもしっかりしており、コスパが良い定番ドリッパーです。

HARIOは円錐型のお湯の抜けが割と速いドリッパーが特徴だと思いますが、これは珍しく台形型です。 お湯の抜けの速さは普通のHARIOの円錐型に近いと思います。 たいていは台形型のろ紙の方が入手しやすいけど、台形型は抜けが遅めのドリッパーが多い印象なので、抜けが速いドリッパーが欲しいということならこれはおすすめです。

のぞき窓になっている部分が片方にしか無いので両方有ると良かったのですが… まぁ仕方無いかな… 使用感はマグカップの大きさが少し大きいとお湯の入れる量が多くなるので2杯分の大きさだと小さいですね… 大きい方を買えば良かった…

ペガサスドリッパー02は3年間使用し 消耗品的交換で2回目の購入です。 1〜3人前（出来上がり量130〜390cc） を作る場合、コーヒー粉（10〜30g） を1分30秒から2分位で抽出するのに コーヒーを適度に蒸らし（30秒） コントロールし易く軽くて使い やすいです。 価格的にも安価で大変良いと思います。 注）コーヒー粉を中挽きで抽出した場合。 新鮮なコーヒーでも抽出時間 2分30秒位から微粉がペーパー フィルターに落ちて目詰まりする ので、2分位までで抽出するのが お勧めです。（あくまでも感想）

Perfect size and absolutely excellent filter rate. Makes a superb single cup of very good coffee. Wet the grinds, sod off for a minute to let them brew, come back and pour through. I use filter size 1 and two pours give me a perfect large cup of strong flavoured coffee.

I have several of this type of coffee filter "drippers," and use them with Melitta or generic filters - usually No. 4 sized. They all work without major issues - the differences include the depth of the cone and number of holes for flow. I wanted a clear one to see how much coffee was in my mug while I was brewing it, since I have overflowed the brew more than once with opaque drippers. This is a well-made and packaged (boxed) Japanese product with two (2) holes allowing for some brewing time. I have three and four hole filters that give medium and fast drip times. This two hole configuration is fine and makes good coffee. I don't use just a paper filter but one of those gold-plated metal-plastic filter cones along with a paper filter, so I can't report just plain paper filter results. (No I don't wear a belt and suspenders, usually.) This combination makes for a very easy and thorough clean up - toss the paper with used grounds and then easily wash the filter basket and dripper. The bulk filter package taught me that you fold the sealed seams of the paper filter over, to make a stronger structure - who knew? If you want to use No. 4 sized filters - you could get the full size of Hario Pegasus No. 3, but I went with a smaller No. 2 (possibly by mistake, but saving a couple of pesos) that works fine for my setup as well as being very compact to travel. NOW - the product is excellent with an odd design that impressed me - see the little open window in the base? I thought it was odd on a clear filter I bought to look through to gauge coffee depth: until my first use - and the hot coffee steamed up the acrylonitrile-styrene resin base - and that little window provided the essential view of the brewed coffee level. Genius! Get the right size for your application - you could get one of the smaller ones (No. 2 is not very big at all) for your desk at work, and make your own quality java when your coworkers ruin the Bunn brewed pots by decanting the first drip cups. I recall standing there waiting for the pot to finish brewing while the local prima donna ignores me and pours herself a cup of early drip (while I contemplate an act of justified Java violence). (As all thinking people know - the early drip is strongest and the latter brew is weaker.) My dripper came in a nice genuine Japanese printed box - a culturally appropriate quality touch. Thus, you can use this product for gift-giving as we round out the year, or to send off people to university or the reformatory. (Don't forget to give some filters too, paper towels or "tissue" are not an option.) I am genuinely impressed by the quality and utility of this product and highly recommend it. It looks to be solidly made and should last - the AS resin is touted as desirable for durability. If I had friends, I would stock up on some for holiday gifting. Yes, they are more costly that some others, but they are genuine quality and look it.
