Here's a more polished and professional version of your review: I purchased this product on 19 June 2026, and it has already stopped working. This is extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. Now I have to go through the hassle of claiming the warranty. To make matters worse, I have already left the country, so I have no idea how I can get the product repaired or replaced. Although this is an Amazon Fulfilled product, I have not received adequate support from Amazon regarding this issue. The after-sales service has been very poor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product or this seller even amzon. Overall, it has been a very disappointing purchase.

I got this for my Lenovo Slim 7i (Intel Arc Graphics with Thunderbolt 4 ports) and 2 1440 75hz monitors. I could not get my monitors to work at it's full 75hz refresh rate when both were plugged in together. It's not a bandwidth issue as it says it can do 4k 60hz meaning 1440p 75hz is well within limit. The other weird thing is the SD card readers are with the HDMI ports, really weird placement I would say... also note that if you plan to connect this dock on the right hand side of your laptop then the HDMI ports will end up facing towards you unless you like to just use the dock flipped. 3 stars because I have to return it as it does not work for me and I don't know if the issue is the Intel Arc Drivers or the dock is weak.

I never had a complaint with Ugreen products but this device crashes my Laptop and every time the screen times out, the hub forces a restart somehow. I disabled USB power saver and all related power options so it doesn’t turn off but to no avail. Advice against this device and avoid buying it if you are going to use it for constant devices on the laptop like a keyboard and mouse etc…

Does not support hdmi/displayPort on my M3. The rest works fine.

I bought the UGREEN Revodok Pro 10-in-1 Dock to use at home, as I already have another dock (Anker) at the office. This Ugreen device only worked once, on the first day (29.Aug.25) I connected it to my laptop (HP). And it has not worked since. Tried connecting it to other laptops (HP, Dell, Lenovo) at the office, but it just does not work. My Anker dock at the office still works fine
