Whether you need to check your home drinking water, fish tank, pool or hot tub, these strips make it simple to get an accurate pH reading. A pH between 6.5-8.2 is ideal for drinking water to ensure it isn't too acidic or basic. For aquariums and pools, the recommended range is printed right on the container. Also useful for monitoring fermentation or brewing processes. Just dip the strip in the water for one second, then match the color change to the appropriate pH scale. No messy liquids or electronics required. Keep a pack handy to maintain balanced water wherever you need it. Directions Dip the strip into the liquid to be tested. Compare the color change on the strip to the provided color chart to determine the pH level. For kombucha, ensure the pH reaches between 2.5 and 3.5. Repeat the process for different liquids as needed. ## Features - Maintain your body pH by knowing what you take in. Drinking pH-balanced water supports hydration, maintains body pH levels, protects teeth, aids digestion, reduces contaminants, promotes bone and skin health, supports kidney function, and boosts immunity. These home tests helps maintain overall health by ensuring the body's natural balance - Get the best value by testing multiple kinds of liquids. Compare the color change on each strip to the chart provided; quick, efficient, and accurate - Healthy, stress-free fishes. A balanced pH in an aquarium supports fish health, reduces stress, and encourages breeding; ensures efficient biological filtration, clear water, and healthy plant growth. Stable pH prevents toxicity, promotes a harmonious ecosystem, and boosts overall water quality - Monitor kombucha fermentation. Kombucha needs to reach a pH between 2.5 and 3.5. The packaging is convenient, with 125 strips per bottle (a generous 100 + 25 free), ensuring I won't run out anytime soon.Using the strips is straightforward: simply dip them in either saliva or urine, wait a few seconds, and compare the color change to the provided chart. The results are highly accurate, giving me confidence in tracking my pH levels effectively. This has been crucial for me to adjust my diet and lifestyle to maintain a balanced pH, which is essential for overall well-being.The strips are sensitive and provide results within seconds, which is impressive. They're also cost-effective considering the quantity provided in each bottle. Overall, I highly recommend these pH test strips for anyone looking to actively monitor and manage their body's pH levels with ease and precision.*** urine pH tests are good and often recommended if you have gout, particularly for monitoring and preventing complications like kidney stones. Gout patients frequently have acidic urine, which increases the risk of kidney damage and the formation of uric acid stones.*** ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product highly recommend *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 4 October 2023* These are very useful for showing how far into Ketosis you are. The colours don't match up exactly to the bottle but you can get a good idea it will turn slightly pink for a trace, then light pink for small, and darker pink onwards. I have not been on a Keto Diet ,but have been on One Meal a Day OMAD diet. So I can consume some carbs for dinner and have dessert. These strips have been useful in telling me exactly when I start to go into Ketosis ,so I have dinner at 6pm, then if I ate dessert at 9pm, the next day Ketosis will pick up a trace around 3pm. I tried eating the dessert straight after so stop eating at 7pm, and the Ketosis starts at around 2pm. It gets continually darker over the period of about 4 hours until I eat dinner again so I am getting in 4 hours a day of fat burning. I recently then tried doing a HIIT workout in the morning and the results are incredible, getting a trace at 12pm, and fully into the dark pink around 3pm. So by sticking strictly to one meal a day in a 1 hour eating window ,doing HIIT in the morning through bike sprints or weights, I am getting in 6 hours of fat burning a day. I have dropped 14lbs in one month. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ reliable *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 13 November 2025* i liked it ## Frequently Bought Together - Just Fitter Alkaline Water pH Test Strips.
