Boil water on stove?** A: I found out the hard way. Thought I could boil so water on it on low. Nope. The bottom of the plastic handle started melting. Luckily I caught it before the damager could be worse so it's still intact, but it's definitely not meant for a gas range. **Q: Can this be used in a mocrowave?** A: Yes. I use the "warm up" function to keep coffee stable temperature. The glass is microwave safe according to the included product documentation. **Q: can v60 02 size dripper fit 03 size carafe?** A: I have an 01 size dripper and it works fine on my 02 size carafe.
