Great, but if avoiding grapefruit bc of medication read this review!!
Love Nuun. Especially as someone who struggles with dehydration and electrolyte imbalance easily in the summer. Great during/post sweaty workout. Taste is good I like the slight carbonation. However it, like other electrolyte drinks aren’t recommended to drink when not needed/excessively. I think the biggest issue I have with the brand is that the following flavors contain grapefruit: Nuun Sport Tablets - Citrus Fruit, Nuun Vitamins Tablets - Grapefruit Orange, And Nuun Immunity Tablets - Citrus Orange . Now drinking the grapefruit flavored one without realizing the interactions with my medications was on me 100%, as its flavor is clearly labeled grapefruit. However the other two have no labeling to indicate they also contain grapefruit!!! I’m glad I emailed the company to ask I hope they put that it contains grapefruit in it or remove the grapefruit for those who have to avoid even the smallest amount of grapefruit

Taste Great compared to other highly rated ones
I had Nuun on one flask and another well-known brand on the other. Nuun was tasty and a delight to drink during the long long runs. I will know the effectiveness for my body in the numerous runs to come. But having a delightful flavour is one up already. Will update after the races.
