Instrumental voltage 2.4v, true rms, survives : resistance mode on 600v, hz on 600v. The NCV is good enough. Ease of use is on par with fluke, Brightness is not constant through the whole display but it's good. Value for money is exactly half of the fluke 106. Functionality more than fluke with milliampere and diode mode. Overall good cheap multimeter with regular rotary knob.
