Out of the box it is set up for EU monitors. Could never get it to output 60Hz video. Loaded mulriple different SW versions, spent hours on forums doing all the different suggestions to get 60Hz video. Ended up sending it back to vendor from whom i bought it. Very, very frustrating unless you are 18 yrs old and live in your parent's basement watching Doctor Who!!!
