I was happy with it for the few months it worked. Then it started alarming loudly from the unit. I haven't been able to get through to customer service and the only way to stop the constant alarm is to disconnect it. So now it's useless. I have researched online the issues that can trigger the alarm and nothing works. I believe I have a faulty unit.
