A: I used them at night, but when I woke the next morning they were dissolved.

**Q: is it three boxes with 12 suppositories in each box?**
A: Yes, there are three boxes with 12 suppositories in them totally 36 all together. With three applicators included.

**Q: Can you use them before showering? And how long does it take to desolve**
A: You can. I usually use it after I shower and I leave it overnight so I'm not sure exactly how long it takes to dissolve.
