Because of my work schedule and other responsibilities, I feel I'm always low on energy and constantly need a boost of energy. I usually resort to a coffee; however, this has become an expensive habit over the years and I wanted to try something that would be a little more subtle. Hence, green tea in a bottle. Let me preface by saying I don't mind drinking green tea like a normal person, however there have been moments I just don't have the time to prepare my teapot and enjoy a drink.These take away the hassle and not only save you time but money as well. They are wonderful and easy to swallow. I don't use them all the time as I'm also cautious with how much caffeine I consume considering I suffer from GERD. The times I have taken these, they have been great. I will only consume 1/day. I've never been one to become jittery or have any physiological response from caffeine so I was glad these also didn't cause any of these side effects. The best part? They're effective and subtle. They kick in without you knowing and just at the right time too. You feel alert and are suddenly capable of taking over the world.Honestly, it's a great product with a fair price and no side effects. I'm glad I tried these and if you're not sensitive to caffeine, you will too!

Good Quality Supplements
I bought this as a doctor recommended supplement along with Vitamin D to help shrink fibroids and it has worked. I do notice that I sometimes pass more urine while taking this, but I also tend to drink more water while taking it. I don't have painful periods but that's because I did a myomectomy. So, taking this along with Vitamin D is to try and prevent those that are coming back, from getting any bigger, and it has been working.
