I can store medications in the inside pockets, diapers/wipes in the bottom part, a spare set of clothes in the main compartment, and wet clothes in the wet sleeve. We took it with us on a plane and to an amusement park -- there was a lot of tossing it into cubbies, shoving it on rides, and kicking this thing under the plane seat.
