Delicious
Balanced by a slight tanginess that’s not too overpowering. Unlike some American hot sauces that can be either too sour or lacking in depth, Cholula Caliente feels like it’s layered with different spices. Also gose well with Chinese palates. It also adds a punch to stir-fried vegetables, noodles, or even dumplings!

Great flavor
Such a delicious flavor for wings! Hot but not overbearing, not too vinegary either. Might be a little pricey compared with others but a great taste.

Top sauce in our house
One of my fave at home wing sauces. Right heat for a nice medium. Flavor is excellent. Enough sauce to make a slew of wings.

If you are looking for vinegar...
Heavy on the vinegar, and doesn't taste much like the Cholula we are all used to. Still, it's good but not a great match for seasoning Mexican food.
