The Dunlap Gator grip is what I have been using for many years, and they are good picks, but these are my new go to. The Flo picks are just a little bit smaller than a traditional pick, and this is what I think makes a huge difference. They are not as small as a Jazz pick, but right between a regular size and a Jazz pick.
