First file the top coat, I used a drill for big areas and a nail file for the cuticle area. Then I applied 2 coats of the remover to all nails in one hand and waited a couple of minutes. I then scraped it softly with a tool for pushing cuticles back, but be careful because it stings and burns the skin if it touches it. So on te rest of the nails I wiped off the remover with a paper towel before scraping and problem solved. I applied another coat to any stubborn spots.
