Missing parts
Missing a whole box only got 3 of 4 boxes one of the Bluetooth speakers the ending storage piece of the bed and the side storage piece and whatever hold the headboard up and the support beams for the mattress messaged the seller no response yet was very expensive would love to get the issue resolved and be sent the missing pieces

Could be Better
A bit disappointed with this purchase, it arrived a few weeks after purchase in 4 boxes. The color is a light grey in person, but I was expecting a beige or off white color like the pictures. Some parts arrived dirty and scuffed up. The wooden slats for mattress is not good quality, the assembly would be easier if parts and screws were labeled. Plenty of storage areas and the integrated lamps are a nice feature. Not sure if I would recommend this for $2,000…

Worth a try
The bed is functional and durable. Although, the speakers are weak; so if you're interested in this bed, invest in a sound bar (or new speakers). The mattress base was a basically a bundle of long sticks, so the husband and i modified the bed, clipped off the legs to a metal frame and set that inside. Highly recommend you look into alternatives and not rely on the base provided. Also while I'm griping, the massager controller is straight outta the 60's. The lights and USB ports work well. The materials otherwise are great quality. The leather is soft and durable. It's a big bed. Worth the price.
