THIS... is a fantastic toy if you like a long slow buildup, or direct intensity, or being worked over hands free, the versatility goes on. Lay on your back with a few pillows behind you to keep you elevated. Put a pillow in front of you in a V shape between your open legs and set this on it and plug yourself into it. Try varying depths of entry from "light touch when the end nubs tickle your tip or "slide in deep for a nice direct massage". Hands free fun that I never hold, just rest while it works me over tirelessly Good batteries last over an hour and it is quality built and has plenty of power, which can be a problem with a toy like this, but not this one. I've had one before and had to get this again and would do so again from this vendor.

In 2015 I gave it Five Stars, as it was very effective. Uses 4 AA batteries, which is good for about 35 to 40 minutes. A good value, clever design. The only improvement I'd like to see, is the ability to reverse the rotational direction. After one year (December 2015 to November 2016), it stopped working. Motor quit. I replaced the batteries as needed, but this time it wouldn't power up. Very disappointed, as it was a great simulator. I usually can fix electrical devices, but I can't figure out how to disassemble this toy.

The first one broke quickly, because I didn't use enough lube. Use three full squirts of Slippery Stuff and the device feels awesome and works for many uses. Use it seated on the edge of the chair, with the entry pointing up, so your goo stays inside the nubbly cup. That way it's easy to clean. Just twist the black entry ring counter clockwise and remove it, pull out the nubbly cup and turn it inside out and rinse it in the sink. Otherwise it's a mess, if your goo gets down into the mechanism, outside the cup, it's very hard to clean and it won't last long. Keeping the mechanism clean and dry and using enough lube inside the cup, I use mine once or twice per weekday (my GF works weekdays) and it usually lasts most of a year before I need to replace it. BTW, while waiting for the new Ultra Bator to arrive, I use one drop of lube inside the tip of a Crown condom (any more lube and the condom will slip right off, not good!)So much better than my callused hand.

Product is shallow, but it hits the most sensitive parts. It is very tight at first, you'll wonder if you're even able to fit. My advice is to lube the top rubber piece as well. Best way I've found to remove it is to stick 2 fingers in the hole and hook your fingers, then feel around for the plastic and pull up. It'll feel like you're about to break it, or hurt yourself. In fact, I cut my thumb the first time trying to get it off. Why they didn't make it threaded is beyond me. After that the sleeve pulls out and can be turned inside-out. To clean the inside of the device, well, good luck. Lube and who knows what else gets on the insides, you need an old toothbrush to clean it because just water doesn't do the trick and my hand is too big to fit. Like trying to wash a tall glass by hand with a washcloth, except worse. I took a star away because the product description says it's easy to clean but it's not Feeling There are so many knobs in the sleeve to the point that you end up feeling very little of it. Also on the box it shows arrows indicating this moves up, down, left, and right. This is not the case. It can only go in 1 direction. Teasing yourself with it, where you don't stick it in all the way seems to be the best way to start using this thing. You know when you're masturbating and you just can't get yourself off? Maybe you're distracted, thinking too many things, whatever. This is the toy version of that. Flaws The insertion hole is tight and it's both a blessing and a curse. It's a blessing because it doesn't allow the lube to leak out easily. It's a curse because it scrapes the lube off yourself. And where does the lube go? All over the inside. Have fun cleaning that unless you want this thing to smell like a moldy washcloth. Conclusion This device is simply not worth the money. It's a cool idea and brings a new experience, but leaves little to be desired. There are also no other choice of sleeves.

The mechanical part of this product is very bad. I was fortunate to use mines only once, and it never worked again; the sad thing about this is that i cannot return it, because it is a personal item.
