Totally satisfied with the purchase, does exactly what it is meant for.This is a work headset and call quality is excellent. Bluetooth connection to 2 devices is seamless. Switching on the headset, it immediately connects to the last 2 devices it connected. If you need to connect to a third device, you don’t have to manually disconnect from one of the previous devices, connect to the new device and it auto-disconnects from the least used of the two.One thing to note, if your headset is connected via dongle or wired, then it can only connect to that device and no other. Only on Bluetooth can it connect to two devices.Comfort also is excellent, no complaints.We can’t mute/unmute on Microsoft Teams app directly from headset, but that is trivial.Overall a must-buy product at this price range.Please note: this is not meant for quality music listening, please understand the purpose of each headsets and purchase accordingly

Must have for work calls. Excellent mic and blacks most background noise and stable connection.Build quality is good and music also sound pleasant.Cushions are comfortableBest value for money.

Works well, bought based on you tube reviews and comparison with Jabra evolve. May not be as great as jabra but decent one that is wireless at this price point. Battery life is not very great but will last 2 days work. Can’t comment on durability yet.

I usually spend around 7-8 hrs on calls a day.* Reliable Bluetooth connection range around 15 ft comfortablely.* Multipoint pairing (connect to laptop and phone simultaneously)

Don’t buy this product waste of Money, it’s one of those kind Product which will work fine until it’s under replacement once time past it will also start showing issues, the product I got is one of those kind, it work fine till 15days then lots of issue started with mic then issue.

Great sound and performance for the price, the mute button is a bit buggy, but I use the mute button on my phone / laptop anyways so not an issue. The mic boom is a bit stiff to rotate, but for the price I'm sure most won't mind

Have been using for almost a week with my MacBook Pro and connected via bluetooth. No complaints so far. Noise cancellation not yet tested at very noisy places, under average conditions it has been working fine. I would say it’s more than a value for money when compared to the price of popular brands with similar features.

J’utilise ce casque fréquemment pour le télétravail. L’autonomie est vraiment solide, je ne le recharge presque jamais en semaine. La connexion Bluetooth ou filaire fonctionne bien et passer du PC au téléphone est simple.Le micro est correct pour des appels, même si dans un environnement bruyant on entend un peu le fond. Le confort est agréable, mais après plusieurs heures il peut devenir un peu serré. Le son est équilibré, pas exceptionnel mais suffisant pour podcasts, vidéos et musique légère.En gros, un casque fiable et pratique pour un usage quotidien, surtout si tu cherches autonomie et polyvalence, sans chercher un son haut de gamme.

Clear sound with no lag. Mute button does not work for Zoom so you need to unmute in app too, but works fine in Teams.Battery is good for a full workdays usage on a single charge.

These wireless headsets are just what I was looking for. They do the job similar to Jabra, except that Jabra also has a dedicated answer button. They are way more comfortable than Jabra, even after a full day of service. I highly recommend these headsets.

This is my 4th set of JLab headsets. One set is the JLab JBuds Work trucker's style which you can remove an ear cup. The other 2 were JLab Go Work which I like best. I broke the first set. The second set started giving me background sound where I could hear my surroundings. I must have changed something by hitting the button too many times. Couldn't figure out how to change it back so I bought the Gen2 set. I don't understand other reviews regarding comfort. I'm a Dispatcher and the only time I'm not wearing them is in the shower or to bed! I wear them at least 14 hours a day! They're soft and adjustable on my ears. A simple little tweak always does the trick! I've told everyone in trucking that I know about these! These rival any of the expensive headsets the truckers use! I love'em! The battery last a long time and now the Gen2 is even longer than the first! Update: I did figure out what I did to the headset. I had hit the button too many times and had set them to hear outside as well. They are finally giving out though. They will work fine for a while and then cut out. No one can hear me but I can hear them. So continued use from 2023 to 2026 at $40, that's a good deal in anyone's book! I Love'em!!! IMO there's none better for Driver's, Dispatcher's, CSR's, connect to your phone, laptop, desktop, gamer console and so much more! Plus, you can listen to your music and it's not bad for that either. They aren't made to get the most from music or movies but for all day wear, I haven't found better!Update 06/02/26: Well I'm on my 5th set now. I broke the boom mic; snapped it like a toothpick! I'm so frustrated with myself. I just couldn't stop myself! Anyway...I saw where this is a frequently returned item. For the life of me, I do not understand why! For the price, there is absolutely nothing better on the market! Multipoint connections, long battery life, kills background noise, absolutely fantastic for office work, while driving or watching a movie or listening to music! Why would you return it unless it just doesn't work? I've not had that experience! I love the Gen2 and I'll buy it as long as it's available. I saw they have a Gen3 out now so I'd better get me a bulk deal on the Gen2 then I'll try the new one! Hahahaha!
