Although this PlayStation four, was refurbished, it played brand new. My brother is loving this game. I will certainly recommend purchasing refurbished systems. Thank you Amazon

Don’t buy!
Do not buy. Bought this as a Christmas gift and it will not work. Followed all the trouble shooting directions just to waste 2 1/2 hours to find out it’s a hard drive issue.. waste of time, money, and ruined his Christmas from being excited about something and it end up being junk.

Pleased with My Order...for the Most Part
Everything was in the box as advertised and the consol is working great. One of the remote charger plugs looks a little bent so one of the remotes doesn't fully charge if both remotes are charging at the same time, but I can live with that. The biggest issue is the headset. It does not connect unless you apply a lot of pressure when you plug it in, but still cuts out most of the time. I have sent a message to the seller to get a replacement headset, so hopefully they will message me soon. Overall, I'm very please with my order and the console itself. *UPDATE: The seller contacted me the very next business day and informed me that a new headset was being shipped to me. I'll write another update after I it receive it, and I make sure it works.

Old system new year
I’m old school so this system has been part of my life for years I’m glad I can still find a quality game system

We got it up and running. My grandson has not had any complaints so that means it must be working properly.

Worked just past 3months and Started smoking.
Sadly i hate that we had this experience. I bought my kids this beginning of December and last month it made a pop sound after just being turned on and smells like smoke. I practically paid almost 300 for Junk. I understand policy's have to be held. However, I wanted to let others know this may be the type of product your buying. I will not be buying from this company again. They couldnt and/or wouldnt make it right. So I will be going somewhere else. Thanks for reading.
