Easy to install, took about 5-10 minutes max. Wish the water pressure was stronger but it’s not bad, and I also wish there were multiple settings for the rainfall portion. Overall though, looks great, easy to install, and works pretty well too. Satisfied!

It was easy to install, as long as you have the right tools. I love the feel of rain water. The handheld spray is light weight and come in handy with cleaning of the bathroom. The water pressure is great for the main rain shower head. It’s great purchase for money.

This company does not stand behind their products or the warranty on their products. They asked for purchase information, a video showing the product issue which was provided 22 April2026 and I received nothing. They didn't even say we wont honor our warranty. I would not purchase anything from this company unless you just want to throw your money away. Worthless customer support and wont honor warranty!

When taking out of the box, it felt cheaply made. I bought specifically for the rain shower head, but i mainly use the hand held due to the low pressure. (My last shower head had good water pressure.) A few of the spray options on the hand held seem the same. Its tolerable. Easy to install.

UPDATE: The company saw my review and reached out to me They sent me the piece I needed and now I am able to fully enjoy my shower. It is easy to install and the water pressure is perfect. Oh and the biggest thing is its no leaks. Hopefully I can catch it on sale again to buy another one. Shower head and handheld sprayer works perfect but the adhesive to stick to the wall so the sprayer can hang is terrible if its damaged. Mine was bent and now it wont lay flat to stick properly. I have reached out to the company, to no avail. I called Amazon, they tried contacting the company and couldn’t reach anyone. Only good thing is Amazon is letting me return past the return date since they couldn’t contact anyone Sinc

This thing is neat! It doesn’t leak. It has several different modes on the wand. You can get the adjustments pretty tight. It’s worth it.

Quality of product is very good and easy to install with minimum alteration to existing shower lines.

This showerhead was very easy to install and came packed very well. Everything is very high quality with it's own pouches for protection. I like how it came with everything you need to install like the tape to wrap the piping and extra rubber washers as backup. In use - absolutely love this shower head! It has 3 settings; full mist, mist mixed with streams and streaming. My favourite setting is the mixed mist. It's so relaxing and just the right amount of pressure. The hose is extra long which is nice for utility when cleaning out stuff in the tub. I would definitely recommend this shower head. It's great quality and so far no leaks.

I was dubious of buying this on sale. But the fact is, it's way cheaper than what the hardware store in town wanted for their crummy looking ones. They started at 57 dollars plus taxes. almost double what I paid for this. I set this up in about 20 seconds. No leaks. Came with rubber gaskets and Teflon tape and the back plate and plumbing bar (whatever you call that), which I didn't need. I had a Moen shower kit which was 135 on sale down from 170... I needed taps and an overflow and shower head. You couldn't buy just taps/overflow drain. So I had to blow 135+ taxes on a Moen kit, then buy this here on sale so I could have a removable shower nozzle. I love the settings. There are technically 6 (if you count the 3 in between settings, which I really don't count). It clicks 3 times. So it's basically 1.) full narrower jet 2.) regular shower with lots of pressure and lastly 3.) mist. Mist is neat, but you have to turn off the cold water completely I found to have a "warm" mist. That's not any fault of this shower head, that's just how mist works. It cools down before it reaches your body. My hot water is hot enough to borderline burn you, and on mist it hits you with a warmth, but not hot heat, so just know that, when you buy this. It's not the shower heads fault. Just simple thermodynamics lol

The connector to the hand shower received jammed. Saw similar issues reported by another customer about the same problem. The press button to stop water doesn’t work.

Was very easy for me to install. Great pressure and easy to switch between settings. A little heavy, but not bad. My only real complaint is that it uses SOOOOO much more water.. i used to be able to take nice 30-40min hot showers.. now I'm lucky if I can get half of that, max 20min. Maybe if they had a more energy efficient one I would prefer that 👍
