Strikeman 9mm Dry-Fire Laser Training System - Great for Target Shooting Practice with Pistols - w/Access to Updated App (No Subscription Needed), Cartridge, Target & Phone Holder

this laser training device is awesome! My son and I have competitions all the time and it is not only fun but provides endless cheap reps in dry firing training. We thought we broke the laser cartridge because it stopped working, but after changing batteries a few times and trying battery direction swap and then peering into the cap where the rubber button is I noticed a brass lock ring that holds the electronics in the cap by securing into the inner threads of the cap. The lock ring has two notches in it for applying a gentle push to wind the ring back into the cap and tighten down the components. That solved the issue immediately!!! I'm glad my career is fixing things! Those bad reviews on here that state the unit fails after two months probably have perfectly good laser cartridges that need a little tweak!

I love it! It’s like having a shooting range in your house. The laser fits perfectly into the barrel. With the target that it comes with you have to set it up with enough light to see the full target and it’s easy enough to see. The app tells you when you hit and where you hit. I shot pretty much all day and the battery is still going in the thing. The laser really stays inside the barrel and doesn’t slip out. It is the perfect set up to practice in your home and work on your trigger discipline. It’s easy to set up and fun to use with just you or a group of friends. When you pull the trigger the laser goes off and the app registers the shot. It is simple but you can’t beat the simplicity of how it functions. It’s simple pull the trigger laser goes off the app registers it and keeps a history of your shooting. Can’t beat the functionality of this gadget. With the two gaskets it locks the laser cartridge into the barrel and once the laser is pressed at the back it goes off. This works amazing and helps with your basic shooting skills.

This is so cool, and worth the price! It brings the gun range to the convenience of your own home!

It is cheaply made but is simple to set up and get to planking. I got mine in 9mm and tested it with my trusty 1911 that I am most practiced with. The lazer seems to be a fun inexpensive way to practice. It is simple to set up and get going. You need to set the target and your phone up close to eachother and on a level surface. Once you get going it becomes voice activated so when one session ends you can easly begin a second one. You can see where the laser hits when you fire and hear what ring it hits over the speaker. I tried it supported and un supported and it seems to score fairly. I dont think this will be very effective if you plan to train with a rifle but for a pistol its nice Overall I do like it. I did knock it down from 5 to 4 just because it seems rather cheaply made.

Got this as a gift to my father in law. Had to check it out before packing it to make sure it was safe (I just wanted to use it) it was fun and we also ran it at his house as well. Accuracy is good. Saw some people complain about these not having recoil, but reacting to a recoil is not a good habit to have, so this would break that habit when practicing. I like how we could adjust the distance we did. Quality product, and haven’t had any issue with battery life
