Review: A MUST HAVE FOR LOW BACK PAIN! - Bought this after my siatic nerve has been pinched so bad it had become debilitating. My new Chiropractor suggested getting one of these under my knees to relieve pressure off of my lower spine while sleeping. I was using regular pillows and they helped for a little bit but the pain always got worse through the night. I was desperate and was willing to try anything!! Let me just say WOW!!! This pillow has been a complete game changer for me. It is very firm but not too firm. It's doesn't flatten out throughout the night like regular pillows did. It's just the right height to relieve pressure on my lower back instantly and does not cut off blood flow to your feet. I also find it comfortable to use between my knees when laying on my side of I put it long ways. It also has a removable cover that can be washed in the washing machine. I don't put it in the dryer just to be safe. I don't want it to shrink. If you have low back pain or sciatica and don't have one of these, this is a must have!! Get one you will not be disappointed!

Bought this after my siatic nerve has been pinched so bad it had become debilitating.
