why can the case not be shipped to Hawaii?

A lot of items can't be shipped to HI or AK because it's more expensive. I used to live there and could not get some items I wanted.

Can you use the slicone cover not use just as protection for headset in the caring case but also to not get a red line on my forehead?

My granddaughter uses it and she said “If you are getting a red line you have it too tight. You need to loosen it."
