These KitchFort silicone ice cube trays are great! The 2-inch cubes come out nice and large, which is perfect for keeping drinks cold without watering them down too quickly. The silicone is flexible, so the cubes pop out easily without having to fight with the tray. I also really like the included lids because they keep the ice clean and make the trays much easier to stack in the freezer. Having two trays in the pack is a great bonus and gives you plenty of ice at once. Overall, they feel sturdy, work exactly as expected, and are a great addition to the freezer!

I bought these ice trays to store liquids in my freezer. I saved up vegetable scraps, peelings, even onion skins and stored them in a gallon bag in the freezer. When it was full I put them all into my instant pot and filled it to the fill line with water, and cooked for 30 minutes on high pressure. I let the pressure release naturally and let everything completely cool. Then I strained and discarded all of the vegetables. I added a little turmeric, black pepper and salt and ended up with a pot full of very nice veggie broth. So next I needed to store this lovely broth and was unsure about how long it would store in the refrigerator. That's where these ice trays come in - I filled them with the broth and into the freezer to freeze. When frozen, I moved the blocks of broth into a gallon bag so I can use them whenever I need broth. The lids actually worked well to keep the liquid from spilling before it froze, but you have to make sure it's on well. The first time I didn't check the sides of the ice trays and liquid leaked out. Once I figured out that I needed to go around all the sides and make sure it was securely fastened, no more leakage. The ice cubes are very easy to remove from the tray. I may be using them also to make some fancy drink cubes - freezing some juice or water and inserting fruit or edible flowers. The cubes make a very nice presentation and are large enough that just one cube is enough to put into a glass.

Easy to unmold unlike other silicone trays. I really like these trays, they're perfect for a small freezer bc you can stack them, and the ice is easy to take out without having to mess too much with it or pressing too hard. I've dealt with other trays that thevice was impossible to get out, or they broke too easily. The size is nice too, the cubes are big but not gigantic, so if you have a water bottle they fit in nicely.

The cover is kinda pointless, the rest is as described. I am not sure of the quality of the plastic, I hope it doesn't leech chemicals into the cubes
