Great for the Price and Battery Life
I've been wearing my RingConn Gen 2 (basic $199 model) for three weeks, and I love it. You can't beat the price, no-monthly subscription, and long battery life (10 days has been accurate for me so far). I purchased the basic Gen 2 model to start because I frequently wash my hands and garden, so I wanted to ensure the ring could outlast me, and so far so good. I've worn an Apple watch for a decade, but I have trouble wearing it at night for sleep tracking, and I am tired of wearing a bulky item on my wrist. The RingConn is lightweight, I hardly notice it especially while sleeping so I can finally track my sleep. I purchased the Dune Gold, which I would consider similar to a rose gold, and it looks classy; not cheap-looking at all. I also purchased the RingConn ring sizing kit prior to making this purchase to ensure I purchased the right size. I definitely recommend taking this extra step so the ring fits just as you imagine. The sizing kit includes a booklet that mentions you should wear this ring on your non-dominant hand and recommends your index and middle finger, although I've heard it's less about what finger you use and more about consistently wearing it for proper data tracking. I've read some people have issues with the app. I find the app and data to be easy to access and helpful. I have it setup to communicate with my other health apps (like My Fitness Pal, Apple Health) so everything syncs together. The only weird issue I'm noticing is my activity steps on the RingConn app are typically 500-1,000 steps higher than what my other health apps are syncing. Not sure why this is happening, maybe a me thing, but it doesn't bother me. I should also mention I don't have the RingConn app running all the time in the background; I manually sync it throughout the day by simply opening the app. This difference might be why I'm getting such good battery life opposed to some other users. Overall if you're thinking about getting a fitness ring, and don't want to spend a lot of money to start, purchase this model.

Happy I ordered
I’ve had this for 1/2 a day and I really like it. We will see how it/the charger holds up as I’ve seen some people say it doesn’t last as long as it should. It was so easy to set up and had like 75% battery, then only took maybe 15 mins to fully charge. App is easy to navigate and frankly looks good. I did a small work out and it’s accurate with the steps so far. My mini stepper counts as well so I compared to that. All other vital signs seem to be in line with what my normal is too. It’s comfortable, not heavy or thick. But still feels high quality, I was pleased pulling it out of the package. UPDATE: It’s been over a week and I still like it. The battery would’ve lasted just about 9 days, I charged it before it got to ~0%. Good enough for me. It charged quickly too, did some chores and it was done. I keep seeing reviews with the app being troublesome but I haven’t had any issues and I rather enjoy it. There’s a lot of information. I saw an update for it so maybe that’s the issue??? The ring has been really comfortable, I did get the sizing kit and it’s worth waiting the extra day or two. I also see people complaining about the size when this company and other smart ring companies clearly state they don’t follow regular jewelry sizing. So truly size before you buy unless you’ve owned one before. Stats are overall pretty accurate. I somewhat know what time I wake up randomly while sleeping and it does match with what the app says so I tend to believe the rest of it for sleep. I’ve counted off steps in my head and then looked at the app — if I walked 50 steps it logged 50 steps. All of my workouts have been detected, time/calories/steps, all there. Update #2: It’s been 3 months now 1/10/26 and I still love it. I even got my mom to trade her Fitbit for one and she loves it. Maybe I got lucky but I haven’t really noticed a difference in my battery levels, even with the ring tracking more and more things 24/7. The only thing I do is not let it get to 0% it’s not really great for any battery to my knowledge. I’ve done multiple updates for the ring and app, no issues. I’ve only enjoyed the new features. Tracking still works, workouts are still detected and everything. Also, I hardly take it off and it’s less scratched than I thought honestly, and I’m not careful. Overall, still 5 stars, still happy I ordered, still loving it.

Great Ring Excellent buy
I’ve had it 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. It works perfectly the charge last for 10 days it monitors everything the more expensive ones does and just as well. I love the bronze color and I’ve had several people comment on it. To me it is well worth the money and I’d buy it again. I’ve really enjoyed having it and wearing it.

The gold is horrible, but the ring itself is awesome
I originally bought the Dune Gold, but am returning it because it’s not gold at all. It’s a dark brown, like a very dark bronze. If you’re looking to match gold jewelry this won’t work. Pictures look like a brushed gold, or warm gold. Nope, bronze, very dark bronze. So I ordered the silver. Silver looks like chrome, but it’s better than the dark brown. I’ll probably put a cover on it. But it gets four stars for working great. It’s step counting is crazy accurate. Better than my Apple Watch. So is sleep and heart rate (both I can measure other ways to verify accuracy). The app is intuitive and easy to set-up and use. The ring itself is very lightweight. Sure, I’d like it thinner, but I’m realistic in knowing it needs space for sensors and the battery. It’s comfortable. I got the sizing pieces first and size 7 fit on three fingers (one non-dom hand, two on my dominant hand)… so size seven was ordered. Fits perfectly and feels like a comfort-fit band. It really does capture great metrics, and at $199 (and zero subscription price!) it’s a huge win for me. I wanted to disconnect a bit and have moved away from Apple Watches. Still have one for the times where it fits a need, but now I wear my regular watches and the ring. I’ll see how longevity holds up, but I’m also hoping Apple produces a ring so I’ve got all my data connected and no extra apps. Overall it’s a fantastic smart ring, great price, no subscription, and informative/intuitive app.

Go read the reviews for the App itself! Don't make my mistake!
I chose this ring over its more expensive competitor solely because reviewers here claimed the app was intuitive, informative and user friendly. To say I was shocked to discover none of those things were true would be an understatement. Fact of the matter is the app is not user friendly in the slightest and what little settings it has for you to customize don't even work! For example, I unchecked 24-Hour Clock which should have defaulted all clock settings and time reading displays within the app to 12-Hour format, right? Well, it does not! Unchecked or not, the app knows no other alternative - it only knows, operates from and displays the time in 24-Hour format! I highly recommend taking a look at the reviews for this app in the iOS AppStore because it's what I didn't do but should've done prior to purchasing. I let the reviews here sway me when I should've gone to the source. And boy, are the App reviews telling. One of the reoccurring "cons" stated in reviews here about the competitor ring is that their app requires a monthly subscription fee to use. This "con" was very effective in making this ring look like the more appealing option - even more so because the competitor ring AND its ring sample kit are already priced higher than this ring, so naturally one would be paying a lot more for that ring not just upfront but longterm. This ring being the cheaper - the actual ring itself as well as its ring sizing kit - of the two with a subscription-free app to boot would no doubt seem like the better buy! Obviously I didn't buy the other ring so I can't tell you if that ring is what it claims to be or if its $5 monthly subscription fee is worth it, but what I can tell you is the free-of-charge $0 app for this ring is so awful you couldn't pay me to use it. So I guess I got what I paid for in that I paid nothing for the app and it gave me NOTHING in return. The app is the main component to this ring. Without a good app this ring is worthless. Now, let's get into the ring itself because before I even discovered how horrible the app was I had to unbox the ring, and in unboxing the ring I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it looked in the Dune colorway - the only good thing I have to say about this ring - and eagerly put it on just to discover it was too big! Did I mention I purchased the ring sizing kit? Sure it only cost a $1 to the competitor's $10 but still... what's the point of offering the sizing kit if the sizes don't actually align?! At that point I hadn't known what was to come with the app itself so I was planning on ordering another ring in the size down. Good thing I didn't because it ultimately wouldn't have mattered with the state of the app. I only make note of this to point out that even with the first impression being an ill fitted ring I was still excited and looking forward to getting the ring set up and running because truth be told I had been looking forward to the delivery of this ring all week! I'm genuinely so bummed that THIS ended up being my experience with it. If you're still reading, the lesson to be had here is choosing the cheaper option is not always the deal you think it is, and in this case it was very much a bad deal. That's not to say the more expensive competitor ring is the better deal because for all I know that ring's app could be just as mediocre but ultimately I don't know and honestly have no intention of finding out anytime soon. All I can say for sure is this ring's ring sizing kit is inaccurate and this ring's app is a whole joke so don't be fooled like I was. 1 obligatory yet deserving star for the dune color and nothing else. Update: I've now worn this ring across two different fingers for about a week's time each and both fingers spurred blisters beneath the ring. It should also be noted that my initial sizing issue hadn't been an issue of the ring being too small but rather too big, so I can't even write off the blistering to it being too small for my fingers because it's not. Additionally, I’ve also found the charge doesn’t last nearly as long as advertised. For example, after a full charge the app told me I had 9 days of battery life remaining. When I checked in on the app 4 days later following a workout I was surprised to find nothing from that session had been logged because the ring was dead… 1 1/2 days dead, which I hadn’t realized as I hadn’t checked in on the app the day prior! Also strange, the step counter is crazy inconsistent and the calorie counter is just broken as it never really changes much. I tested in comparison to my iPhone’s Apple Health data and it’s way off some. It will say I burned 400 calories with less than 200 steps and then if the steps reach 5k the calorie counter only grows by 10 or something. Make it make sense!

95% good for pulse monitor tracking Afib.
Well, 4-1/2 Stars. I purchased mine mostly for pulse monitoring, especially while sleeping and out & about . Mild Afib issues. I have my pulse meters at home (kinda bulky to wear around) that connect to my phone app that graphs changes and show moment to moment pulse readings continuously . Needed something, the Ring, for easy use when away from home. Okay what it won't do. It will NOT show your pulse via the app as your an instantaneous results/reading. But there is a buttom to hit to get a reading... not conviently located. It will show you a reading that it takes every 2-1/2 minutes with graph to show with trends over time... which is extreme useful. It has an alarm/alert feature for high pulse, but only starts at 100... I would have preferred an available lower threshold 85-90 to better monitor impending Afib possibility and take meds to get back to 55-60 normal resting. All that said, I think it will very helpful to monitor sleeping pulse trends overnight. After first night proving its valve. You can get very functional graph with 5 minute pin points or 30 minute averages. Can not comment on other features, didn't use yet, my focus its on pulse. Ring is very comfortable to wear. The information says it's water proof/resistant for shower and hand washing... but it also says to dry ring and hand/finger to insure accuracy... so I'll just remove for shower and hand washing. But nice to know that if itvfgets wet, there's no damage. After fist day/night, very satified. Btw... take their advise, get the ring sizer to ensure proper fit. I usually wear a 12-1/2 to 13 ring... needed a size 14 for the ringconn.

Love the Ring, The FREE app. Loved the Customer Support Even More
I’ve been wearing my RingConn Smart Ring every single day. literally all day, in the shower, in bed, while doing dishes, cooking, etc, and it quickly became an absolute staple in my routine. What I love most about the product itself: App & User Experience: The app is exceptionally user-friendly with clean, easy-to-read graphs that make tracking sleep, HRV, and daily activity a breeze, and plus, it can track your cycles, body temperature, activity, etc. Seamless Connectivity & Great Battery Life: The initial pairing process is super fast and completely hassle-free. The battery life is impressive, lasting up to 8 days on a single charge when new. No Hidden Fees: Best of all, all your health insights and features are 100% subscription-free, no monthly fees or hidden paywalls, which is a huge plus compared to competitors! When things went wrong (and how they made it right): Recently, after months of flawless performance, the battery on my ring started draining rapidly and dying in the middle of the night around 6:00 AM. I reached out to RingConn Support, and I was genuinely blown away by their customer care: Clear Troubleshooting: They provided quick, step-by-step instructions to test the reset and charging. Hassle-Free Replacement: As soon as we confirmed a battery failure, they approved a replacement immediately. Smooth Process: They provided a prepaid shipping label and dispatched my new replacement ring impressively fast. Verdict: A great product is only as good as the company standing behind it. I love the ring for its sleek design, lightweight and durable finish looking great after use everyday with no protection, easy-to-read app, and subscription-free model, and knowing RingConn’s support team is so responsive gives me 100% confidence in recommending it!

Good Starter Smart Ring
I got this ring after my therapist recommended it to help track my sleep. I got my first one in August 2025, and I loveeeeddd it! It’s lightweight, isn’t bulky, the metal has held up really well, and I only had to charge it about once a week. Around March, I started noticing that I was getting low-battery notifications every couple of days. I would put it on the charger, and then after about 30 seconds, I’d get a notification saying the ring was fully charged. This kept happening for about a month. I emailed support, and they were really helpful and gave me tips on how to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting didn’t work, but they did send me a replacement ring in April. Once again, the replacement ring worked really well, but last week the same battery issue started happening again. I talked to my therapist about it, and she said she has had to replace hers three times. She is considering switching brands now too. I really like the app, and one of the biggest positives is that there’s no subscription. I just don’t want to have to replace the ring every 8 months because of battery issues. That being said, I would still recommend this as a good starter ring if you’re wondering whether you’d like one of the more well-known smart rings or if you’d actually use the features in the app. It’s a good way to try out a smart ring without spending as much money, but I wish the battery held up longer. I just feel bad cause I have recommended it to a couple people including my grandma who have gotten it.

Sleep Ring
I bought this for my bf and he loves it. It was a perfect fit. Easy to wear, it is light and comes with a little charger. We check his sleep patterns and it appears pretty accurate. The color of the ring is very nice as well. Not bulky. It is helpful that it is waterproof.

Don’t buy battery does not last and is not covered under warranty.
Don’t buy. I ordered one for both my husband and myself. We used both regularly with success however both of them lost their ability to retain their battery charge at the tenth month. Both of them only charge for one day now even though we have followed all suggestions to ensure phone is updated, cleared cache, updated app, unlinked and relinked. When charging we receive a message on our phones stating fully charged however within a day the charge has completely dropped and dies just after 24 hours. Their website states - battery replacement is not included in their standard warranty policy. Seems strange that both purchased at the same time have failed battery-wise. I therefore cannot recommend this product.

No monthly fee
I like this ring brand the most because it has a lot of data and has no monthly fee. The ring sizes are very different from normal ring sizes - for example: A size 4.5 ring was a 7 in these. The sleep data was impressive. It could tell when I was laying in bed and when I was sleeping. If you are wanting a smart ring this is a good choice.
