**Q: Why is it so expensive?? I bought 1 liter bottles for less than $12 before.**
A: I confirm as of 8-15-2019 that Starbucks sells the 1 liter bottle for 13 bucks right now. don't waste your cash on this over priced syrup.

**Q: does the carmel syrup come with a pump**
A: You get a pump with every bottle. Here is a hint. If you try to put the pump in a brand new (completely full) bottle the syrup splooges out of the bottle. Use a little from the bottle before putting in the new pump and save yourself some clean-up.

**Q: Does this need to be refrigerated?**
A: I know this is an old question, but these are the same bottles used in Starbucks stores. When I was a barista, we did not refrigerate the bottles at the end of the day. Open bottles have a shelf-life of about 30 days.

**Q: Doe's anyone know the carb count on the suger free flavours ??**
A: It's says 0 carb, but it knocked me COMPLETELY out of Ketosis.  Not happy!

I recently started frothing milk for my morning drip coffee, and began to wonder if I could make something like a caramel macchiato with my simple drip dark roast coffee. In order to do that I needed some vanilla syrup and what better syrup to try than Starbucks own brand made by Fontana since that's where I first learned about caramel macchiatos? As soon as I receive the syrup I made myself coffee this way and it took me all the way back to years and years ago when I used to get caramel macchiatos from starbucks. One simple pump for the size of coffee I drink, some milk I froth from a steam wand and a little caramel topping and voila! This syrup is exactly what I used to taste in my purchased coffee drinks. I'm profoundly lucky to have come across this product and am now a faithful buyer of it. I'm glad it doesn't come with a pump because I would not want to get a new one every time I ordered a new bottle. Pumps are available separately.. just remember to get the right size for the 1 l bottle. Cost-wise, it's a bit pricey, but to me it's worth it! Besides, all vanilla syrups for coffee are expensive, and this is NOT AT ALL the "most" expensive. Easy five star rating!
