A great little rice cooker, but make sure you follow the instructions and rice-to-water measurements carefully. I was sceptical at first, but it produces consistently good rice when used as directed. The rice comes out fluffy and evenly cooked, with no need to stand over a hob or worry about pans boiling over. The size is ideal for one or two people and it doesn't take up much kitchen space. Cleaning is straightforward and the keep-warm function is useful if you're not eating immediately. If you're the type who likes to guess measurements, you may not get the best results. Stick to the instructions and it rewards you with excellent rice every time. Overall, a handy appliance that does exactly what it says on the tin.

Amazing little machine. So easy to use. It does just enough rice for our family of 3 and we do like a good sized portion of rice. Only drawback I've found is I don't like the way it cooks short grain sushi rice but that maybe a personal thing. I prefer to do that my way as taught by a Japanese friend. But every other rice we've tried in it has been a success and it's really simple to wash out too. I fully recommend this little rice cooker for singles, couples and small families of 3 or 2 adults and 2 younger children.

Very simple and compact - but does a great job. Ever so slightly begins to burn the rice if you leave it on heat for a bit.

The rice cooked perfectly no browning on the bottom at all. A tiny amount of overflow with 1 cup rice and 1.1 cup water, so would be wary of trying 2 cups.

Really good, perfect for meals for 2. Can use as a slow cooker, pasta maker, fluffy eggs, even soufflé style pancakes, honestly great for any food that you can find a rice/slow cooker recipe for. Brilliant for on the go, outside, camping etc if you also have a power station. Non stick so super easy to clean.

The video is misleading, no buttons on it. Seems a bit cheap and cheerful for the price. Worked okay but disappointed with the quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this little rice cooker is. It feels solid, doesn’t take up much space, and makes cooking rice so much easier. Just use the included measuring cup, add the same amount of water, and let it do its job. I usually do 2 cups rice with 2 cups water, about 15–20 minutes later it switches to warm mode. One tip: don’t leave it on the warm mode too long or the rice can start to burn at the bottom. I just set a 20-minute timer, and the rice comes out perfect every time. Honestly, I’d never go back to cooking rice in a pan after this. It tucks away neatly under the counter when not in use, and for small households or anyone short on space, this is a great little rice cooker.
