Are these going to shatter if you have sex?

So I just tried a bunch of different positions and types of sex while using this product. Here is my report: MISSIONARY- no breakage but the mattress started sliding around on my hardwood floors. Consider applying some silicone RTV on the bottom of each riser to prevent this from happening. DOGGY- one riser buckled and my girl hit her head on the window sill. This may have been more with my technique than the riser. REVERSE COWGIRL-nothing to report except that it was awesome. CONCLUSION- these will not shatter under sexual forces. Buy them.

how big is the opening for the leg of the bed? I have a bed that has rectangular legs that are 3.5" long

The opening is NOT 3x3. It is 2.75x2.75 and will NOT accommodate a 3 inch square bed post. Having to return this item because the description was not accurate.

Is the set 4 pieces or 8 pieces (would I need one or two sets for 4 legs)?

it comes with 8 pieces. 4 are 5 inches and 4 are 3 inches. You can put them together for an 8 inch lift if that's what you want, or use them separately.

The legs on my metal frame are circular for the wheels to be screwed in. Will the bed be sturdy enough, or will the legs puncture a hole in them?

I left the wheels on, and found some small pieces of wood to wedge into the open space so they didn't roll around. I was also worried about a narrow metal post puncturing through the plastic.
