Best crutch grips I have used!
I have used crutches off and on for nearly three decades related to a severe leg injury from a car accident. My most recent surgery required me to be non-weight bearing for six months, so I decided to replace my hand grips with these. I am very happy with these! I have used poron grips from Fetterman for my forearm crutches for at least 10 years but for some reason did not do so for my underarm crutches. I am so glad I made the switch! These are the most comfortable hand grips I have ever used on any crutch, period. They are easy to sanitize and provide great cushioning and support. I sometimes wish the handgrip was not smooth to prevent slipping but so far have not had at issue even when my hands perspire. On the other hand, a smooth surface aids in disinfecting and preventing callouses which are also important. Foam grips need to replaced frequently as they shred over time or become too dirty even with cleaning. I have not had that experience with the poron grips on my forearm crutches and expect these will last for years as well. These did take some tugging to get on as there is an edge that goes along the gap between the upright post and the grip, but compared to constantly have to buy and replace the cheap foam ones, I gladly spent the few extra minutes to install these. You cannot go wrong with these. I also highly recommend the Fetterman Tornado gel crutch tips, with either a rain or regular tip. Like the hand grips, they will last for years. Definitely worth the investment!

Good grips!
Really good grips. Not a perfect fit for my hands, but I think they are breaking in well (only had them for about a week). Definitely better than the foam grips!

Some of the best money I ever spent
I was on crutches with broken femur for over 3 years. I went through countless hand grips and crutch tips until I discovered Fetterman. After I put these grips on my crutches my calluses and hand pain went away, and years later they are still on the crutches lying in the corner, looking just like the day I bought them. Paired with the Fetterman Tornado Tips they made my last year and a half on crutches much more bearable.

These have been a lifesaver for my hands and pocket book
As a half-life crutch user, these are worth their weight in gold. I use regular crutches and cut the ends so it would fit into these. I spent a small fortune replacing the crappy foam ones for 22 years and hope I never have to go back. Having them be waterproof alone is amazing. I've had this same pair for a year and a half! Still good as new. Please keep making these Tom, because its a life changer for me. (Not to mention the tips and tops of my crutches I get from Fetterman too!)

Great grips.
Great, at first they seem to hard. But when you use them they are great.

Not for the most common type of crutches
There aren't made for the type of crutches whose handgrips use a long screw. These are for the "cerebral palsy" (I can't remember the formal name). Not for me, I returned them without ANY problems to the manufacturer.

PERFECT FIT
Just received Poron hand grips for crutches and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. They are very comfortable on the grip not to hard not to soft just PERFECT. And the vinyl coating is not that sticky feeling. It was very easy to attach to crutches.

These are fantastic
My husband has been on crutches for 16 years and I hated how the standard handgrips shed and got all over his hands and then all over the refrigerator handles and door handles. I found these and asked him to try them out. He loves them! No more shedding and they last!! He’s been using that dirt set for a year now and there are no signs of wear. We wipe them down with alcohol wipes to clean them but you could also use plain water.
